Courtney and Jon planned their romantic Seattle wedding at Sodo Park from afar with our assistance. The pair chose Seattle after falling in love with the unique look of the venue and everything came together from there. The fantastic wedding vendors assembled by the couple and their planning team was nothing short of a dream team. Samantha McFarlen Photography captured the whole day in sexy, moody shades reminiscent of the Pacific Northwest with stops at the iconic Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square. The video from Ridgewood Films captured the love and joy present in the day along with all of the stunning details.
All of the paper goods including the invitation suite, menus, table numbers, and bar signage were designed and created by the bride herself while the seating chart and welcome sign were done on acrylic by the talented Crystal of The Fancy Cat Studio. To tie in the blush shades of the overall design, Crystal brushed paint on the back of the acrylic which really made the wording stand out. The florals from Petal & Posy were the true stars of the overall decor with dusty shades of pink, cream, and beige with mauve and burgundy accents. The couple provided guests with delicious catering from Herban Feast and cake from Delicately Sweet Confection. In addition to their three tiered cake, they had a donut wall with various flavors from Mighty O Donuts and a cocktail tree that featured their his and hers signature cocktails. DJ Rocryte kept the dance floor packed as he spun 90s classics with modern favorites and the couple had a choreographed first dance that blew the guests (and vendors!) away. All in all the day was beautiful, perfect, and went off without a hitch!
