When you get married on a boat you definitely have to embrace the theme and go slightly nautical, right? Alex and Haley leaned into the theme with shades of blue and small touches of waves incorporated into the paper goods. With organic white and green florals from Nadira Design, the whole day felt clean and classic.
We love a good wedding on the water and the MV Skansonia wedding venue, situated on Lake Union, is the perfect spot! The ceremony featured views of the Space Needle and downtown while the reception took place in the vintage boat creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. H&A hired Blue Wave Band to keep the dance floor going and brought in Shug's Soda Fountain and Hello Robin cookies for a crowd pleasing dessert treat!
